2006 to till Working with this Organization
I have been associated with Dainik Bhaskar since 2006. I began my journey with the launch of the Jalandhar edition, contributing to several major projects during that time. Honestly, I learned a lot throughout those projects, which probably helped me grow into a team leader. Since then, I have consistently worked in a leadership role.
Not only did I gain a deep understanding of the newspaper industry, but I also grew as a better human being. I got the opportunity to experience every aspect of newspaper production. I actively participated in the company’s major events, which have always been a source of motivation for me.
Thanks to Dainik Bhaskar’s open culture, I was always able to express my thoughts freely and felt truly valued. The group played a crucial role in helping me transition from market work to aligning with corporate expectations. Today, I have complete clarity about even the smallest details related to newspaper publishing, and for that, I will always remain grateful to the group.
2003-2006 Working with Dainik Jagran
From 2003 to 2006, I worked with Dainik Jagran. It was my first experience working with a major media group. Stepping out of the local market and joining such a big organization was an experience that’s hard to express in words.
Before this, I had worked for about one and a half years with one of the most reputed and oldest newspapers in Jalandhar. During that time, a friend suggested I apply to Jagran. Nervously, I went for the interview, which turned out to be successful, and I got the job.
The biggest benefit I gained from working in the newspaper industry was the improvement in my communication skills. I also had the opportunity to work alongside educated and experienced professionals. I am sincerely grateful to the Dainik Jagran organization.
